Our family run guest house (B&B) offers superb accommodation set within a very quiet area very close to the centre of Windermere village, within easy walking distance of the train/bus station, and many of its shops, restaurants and bars.
Our comfortable modern en-suite rooms provide a perfect base for you to explore the many delights that only the English Lake District has to offer.
For that extra special touch please contact us in advance to arrange any surprise extras you would like to be in your room for when you arrive. Perhaps Champagne and strawberries for a honeymoon celebration or flowers and chocolates for that special birthday or anniversary.
Bed and Breakfast Tariff
Double room prices range from £28-£36 (per person per night) based on two people sharing, depending on room and season.
We also have family rooms and a single.
Single occupancy of a double room is the room rate minus £10
Cancellation policy
On booking, we will ask for a deposit which will be non refundable if the booking is cancelled within two weeks of arrival date. If cancellations are made within a week of the booking, the whole amount of the stay will be charged.
